This piece was created just after I had taken my three beautiful boys away on holiday for the first time since the dreaded LOCKDOWN madness
And the first time I had taken them away completely on my own – adjusting to my new life!
WOW it was beautiful, euphoric, fun and…. absolutely so testing!
Itching to get back to my studio- I NEEDED to paint… and this cheeky chimpanzee was what came out… I honestly laughed out loud at my new piece- completely unintentionally summed up that feeling of knowing I needed a holiday to get over the holiday.
